In this period you will be asked to eat mini meals manytimes a day and also you will be told to take and sip liquids the whole day. Initially they will tell you to have six meals a day and then four meals a day later you will brought back to three meals a day this is the last stage.

The kind of foods that a bariatric patients can eat are any protein rich foods. The diary products which have low fats and eggs. Usually the doctor will instruct you to eat a lot of proteins because basically it is repairing tool in the weight loss surgery.

Once you started to follow this routine your body will start to lose weight and there will be improvements in many of your health chronic problem.

During the diet you may experience some problems such as sweating and faintness, diarrhea immediately after the meal, faintness and nausea.
